Ooh those middle three panels where she realizes she understands WAY too well…
Ohhh Jeordie you brought out the cat rage eyes
Jeordie seems to always find the exact wrong thing to say this chapter.
Get you a friend who will call you on your sillybillyness and/or stick up for you with that much fierceness <3
When you’re so mad you nearly rage announce you’re gay without having fully thought it through
Less coming out of the closet and more kicking the door down so hard you KO everyone outside of it with the shrapnel.
She’s so real for this and I’ve made that exact face.
i, too, have nearly come out prematurely becuase the conversation/my spite would benefit from it lol
If Anna hasn’t come out to Jeordi, it’s not quite logical that she’s upset that he doesn’t know she’s a lesbian. It’s not fair to be mad at someone for not knowing something you haven’t told them (and that they couldn’t figure out on their own). Since Jeordi just unofficially came out to Anna as bi, Anna could take that as a sign that he’s a safe person to tell that she is also gay.
you ever come outta the closet cause you’re pissed tf off
Your characterizations are *incredibly* real and I admire the absolute fuck out of them! I love the frustrations and blind spots both Jeordie and Anna are showing in this conversation, and the friendship (with each other and with Beth) underpinning everything. And at the end of the day, I truly do believe that if Anna can just pull enough of these incredible faces, she’ll force Jeordie to see *some* kind of sense!
