can’t really blame him for being confused and insecure about bisexuality as a teen in the 2000s. it is funny though.
I mean I think it is valid for him to wonder if it is a comphet situation? I was a teen nearly a decade later and I didn’t know what bisexuality was for a while!
And even if someone does know about bisexuality, it’s really hard to assess your own sexuality at that age. Everything is new. It’s hard to say what’s real about what you’re feeling or doing and what any of that means in a broader context.
I know people whose experimentation confirmed that they were bisexual. Others wound up coming out as gay, and some concluded they were straight. But you would be hard-pressed to say who wound up where based on their teenage behavior alone.
Newsweek invented bisexuality in ’95, he probably hasn’t heard about it yet. Anna, as a super gay, can help.
