Alice is Beth’s aunt, her mom’s sister. There is a later page where Beth’s mom refers to her as her sister, but I think I may go back in somewhere and add some kind of clarification about who Alice is a little earlier because I have gotten this question a lot! This is a remake of an old comic I did years ago, and I have been having a little trouble remembering that I need to reestablish everyone’s relationships.
