Oh God. I know we all like to dunk on Jenna in the comments, but I really hope that Jeordie gets her side of the story and knows that Boone was being predatory
The way things have been going, I think it’s going to be a messy breakup and Jeordie’s going to look like as much of a jerk as he’s been most of the comic so far. He’s definitely still got a long way to go as a person – but, ultimately, they’re really bad for each other (and Jenna needs to grow the f up herself), so it’ll be for the best that they’re not together anymore.
Yeah, have to agree. Jeordie in Cheap Thrills was definitely one of the slowest to mature and prone to giving into peer pressure, but he seems even worse here. He and Jenna need to break up and do a lot of self reflection, but right now with their current levels of maturity, I don’t see this ending well.
Jenna isn’t perfect, but she IS an honest person- brutally so, but nobody can accuse her of hiding anything. If that look on Jeordie’s face in the last panel is a precursor to him projecting his own infidelity on her, he’s going to lose MAJOR respect points.
My thoughts exactly, although I personally don’t think that the thing with Bryan at the party was necessarily a moral error. Sometimes you have to drunkenly make out with another guy to grow as a person
