One thing that I can’t help notice is that Anna’s hair is the only color in the world. and it adds so much in ways I can’t adequately describe. It’s as if we’re viewing the world from her perspective alone. She’s in a shitty situation sure, but at the same time she seems to see only her (albeit) shitty situation. It appears to be setting her up to learn and grow. I’m excited to see where the story goes.
